- I believe that another newsgroup for USR's would be a waste of
- bandwidth. First of all, there would be many, many crossposting
- because most people won't get the new group for a while. So it would
- be a lot of duplicate posts going around. Second, if we made a
- newsgroup for every brand of modem out there, we would have several
- dozen empty groups. Where do we draw the line?

- My suggestion is that if you have any USR related message you want to
- post, just put "USR: " in front of your header.
